Britney Spears was photographed with a woman who is rumored to be her new assistant. Fingers crossed. Brit and her new paid friend hit up Starbucks and shopped for cell phones.

Advice for Britney’s new assistant: Hey girl..if it doesn’t work out with Britney (and it probably won’t) you can always sling coffee. Starbucks was just named #7 Best Place to Work by Fortune Magazine.
