Hilary McRae - The Next Big Thing?

hilarymcrae.jpgStarbucks record label, Hear Music,  has just announced that it they will be putting out a cd by singer and songwriter, Hilary McRae.  Labeled as a ‘contemporary pop and R&B’ artist, McRae lists Stevie Wonder, Earth, Wind and Fire, India Arie and Frank Sinatra as her influences.

This will be the 3rd CD released from the new label, following Paul McCartney and Joni Mitchell.

Starbucks will also be handing out 1.5 million downloads of Hilary McRae’s song, “Consider me Gone” starting on November 1st.
