Sounds like a fiction novel, doesn’t it? Unfortunately it is not.
The Albuquerque Northeast Heights Starbucks Coffee shop, located at 2200 Louisiana Blvd, was the site of a brutal murder on Friday. Jack Nguyen, a 19 year old turned himself into police several hours after fatally stabbing his girlfriend, Tram Le in the Starbucks parking lot.
Witnesses report that Le & Nguyen began arguing over issues of infidelity, apparently Le was being accused of having an intimate relationship with a male friend. Nguyen reportedly tried to walk away from the argument when Le threw her Iced Tea at him. Nguyen then punched Le in the face and the assault ensued.
The Albuquerque Tribune reports:
Several witnesses whose accounts are contained in the complaint said Nguyen then punched Le in the face. Several of her friends then came to her aid and started fighting with Nguyen.
Moments later, Le and a man identified as Hieu Nguyen, 19, emerged from the fight with stab wounds, according to the complaint. Le died later.
One witness “observed Hieu and Tram walk away and then saw Tram collapse,” the complaint says.
As mentioned before, Nguyen has turned himself into police and is charged with murder, aggravated assault, aggravated batter with a deadly weapon, and evidence tampering. He is being held on $1 million dollars bail.
That’ll teach her to throw an iced tea!

she’s been in an abusive relationship w/ that Jack dude for so long… she doesnt deserve to die, but he deserve to go to jail. She should have reported him years ago but she didn’t. Poor girl!

Tram’s best friend was the one who really killed her. She is the one who sent jack dozens of myspace letters calling him ridiculous names and making up stories about tram and him. She called him out to starbucks to “meet up” to show he wasn’t a wuss. He showed, but tram had brought 2 guys along to beat him up. So he tried to walk away she threw the drink, he called her some names, and the guys held him down. Jack pulled out a knife trying to get them off, but when Tram saw this she ran in front of him trying to stop him. He accidently stabbed her in the stomach.
He ran off out of fear. Tram and her friends tried to run away out of fear as well. Her best friend didn’t call an ambulance because they were scared they would get in trouble so Tram bled out and died. Her best friend caused it all! Jack wasn’t abusive, Tram did have it coming, but her best friend is the one who lied to Tram and Jack on myspace. She’s the one who decided to not call an ambulance

thank god jack didnt get to the point of killing Jennifer, his exgirlfriend, after abusing her for years and leaving marks and bruises on her. He needed help but i guess its kind of late now.
